Wellbeing at The Bristol


The Bristol has 6 wellbeing teams and monthly competitions to reinforce wellbeing into our culture and empower team members to take proactive and purposeful steps to improve their own personal wellbeing each day.

Each team member assigned one of the six wellbeing teams.  Tokens made from recycled bottle tops can be collected for each personal act of wellbeing completed by each team member.

Daily Tokens can be earnt by:

Wellbeing tokens can be earnt for:

  • Collecting POWR Badges
  • Walking 10,000 steps per day
  • Being active for 20 minutes per day
  • Getting 8 hours sleep
  • Drinking 2 litres of Water
  • Eating 5 fruit & Veg per day
  • Noticing nature
  • Learning something new
  • Completing a daily POWR challenge
  • Completing monthly Wellbeing challenges


Bonus points can be earnt for completing the monthly challenge form giving something charity, to giving blood or giving up a bad habit.

The team with the most bottle tops at the end of each month will receive a special team treat.

We launched the competition in October 2017 and the Purple team won a cocktail making master-class, following this the Red team received ice-skating tickets, the Green team had afternoon Tea and learnt how to prepare a VIP arrival board and in February the Blue team had a healthy pancake day brunch.

All of the ways to earn wellbeing tokens are acts that support The Doyle Collection’s Six ways to wellbeing:

  • Mind
  • Work
  • Learn
  • Give
  • Rest
